Black ice caused a 2005 Dodge Ram Truck to lose control on Sylvatus Highway. Roland William Dalton of Dugspur was driving a 2005 Dodge Ram truck when he hit ice and tangled up with a 2000 Ford truck pulling a 24 foot cargo trailer. The Ford was driven by Anthony "Tony" Swink of Hillsville, according to witnesses.
