The National Taxpayers Union has now issued its ratings for members of Congress. With a possible "A" score of 90 or above, Virginia senators, Warner (11) and Webb (13), earned "F"s. Virginia Ninth District Congressman Rick Boucher earned a score of 10, another "F".

In comparison to these members of Congress from Virginia, Virginia Sixth District Congressman Bob Goodlatte earned a score of 90, an "A". Goodlatte's district is just north of Boucher's.

The National Taxpayers Union (NTU) "is America's independent, non-partisan advocate for overburdened taxpayers. NTU mobilizes elected officials and the general public on behalf of tax relief and reform, lower and less wasteful spending, individual liberty, and free enterprise."

The big spending records of Warner, Webb, and Boucher - following President Obama's lead - help explain why our nation is heading into devastating bankruptcy. Yes, President Obama, we need change. We need different people running the U.S. government.
